It is not always easy to know when it is time to seek support. Sometimes the pain is already clear—a crisis, loss, intense internal tension. Other times, it is more in the background: fatigue, anxiety, a sense of emptiness or disorientation that is hard to put into words.

My initial task is to create a space where you can calmly listen to yourself and gradually understand what is happening within you, what you want, and what truly matters to you.

I do not offer universal answers or solutions. You are unique—just like your story and your path. Instead of offering ready-made solutions, I provide gentle and attentive support as you search for your personal sources of grounding, meaning, and direction.

I place great importance on relationships—both those that develop between us in therapy and those that you build with yourself.
I believe that every person has the potential for growth, inner freedom, and responsibility—and it is important to provide a safe and trusting environment where this potential can unfold.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked for many years in business—leading teams, launching projects, coordinating processes.

But one day, my personal search for meaning led me to the decision to change everything—and that is how my path in psychotherapy began.
I moved to Austria and know firsthand what it means to immigrate, adapt, and reimagine yourself in a new country.
