Yulia Birnstingl - an existential psychotherapist in training under supervision
A Path to Inner Consent
ABOUT PSYCHOTHERAPY

Existential analysis is a method of psychotherapy based on the philosophy of freedom, responsibility, and authenticity.

At the center of this approach is the idea of inner consent: living in alignment with your feelings, actions, values, and personal choices.

Such consent becomes the foundation for inner stability, personal meaning, and real connection with oneself.

When a person can say a true "yes" to their path, they come closer to themselves.

You are welcome to come with your own story—even if you have not yet found the words for it.

HOW TO BEGIN
The first meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other, share what has brought you here, ask questions, and see whether you feel comfortable with me.

We will look together at whether we are a good match, and discuss whether further work is possible, in what format and rhythm it could take place.
